Vow & View Weddings is an intentionally curated, all-inclusive micro-wedding experience, not just a venue. We lovingly host a small number of weddings on set weekends each month at Zion Ranch, allowing couples to experience a peaceful, meaningful wedding day without the stress, expense, or year-long planning of a traditional wedding.   Instead of building everything from scratch, couples step into a thoughtfully designed experience that honors faith, marriage, and family.

No — and that’s an important distinction.
Vow & View is not a traditional venue rental.

The couple and guests show up "ready to go" and everything is handled for them, including professional wedding photography by our partner, Eternity Photography.  No multiple vendors to coordinate, no stress.   We serve as hosts, shepherds, and storytellers for your day. That means we guide the flow, provide the core elements, and create an atmosphere that feels calm, sacred, and deeply intentional — rather than transactional or rushed.

Vow & View Weddings are designed for intimate guest counts, up to 25 guests total (including the couple).
This allows us to preserve the quiet, relational nature of the day while still welcoming the people who matter most.

Most micro-wedding venues still require you to:

• Hire multiple vendors
• Coordinate timelines
• Make dozens of decisions
• Carry the emotional and mental load yourself

Vow & View removes that burden.

Because several weddings are lovingly hosted in one weekend, couples receive a fully curated wedding experience — without the financial strain or planning fatigue. Many couples tell us it feels peaceful, personal, and spirit-filled.

Vow & View weddings include:

* Use of the outdoor ceremony space or open-air chapel with guest seating  (or indoor seating if inclement weather) 

* Legal wedding ceremony by a Bible-grounded, ordained officiant

* Pre-wedding consultation with officiant & planner to create a personalized ceremony

* Complimentary Christian pre-marital counseling

* Professional wedding photography

* Florals, music, seating, and a petite reception

* On-site coordination

* Wedding cake

* Champagne toast

* Petite reception tables, linens & seating 

* Parking and indoor backup space for inclement weather

* A peaceful, unrushed experience from start to finish

Vow & View weddings are intentionally priced to be accessible while still offering a gorgeous event and memories, much less of an investment than a traditional wedding.

Couples invest $3,500 for the complete experience.  There are upgrades available should a couple want to add-on things like videography/drone or even a horse-drawn carriage entrance for the bride!   

Vow & View is designed as a curated experience, which means everything is provided for you.
In some cases, limited personalization or approved add-ons may be available. We’ll walk through those options during your consultation so expectations are clear and stress stays low.

Every wedding is treated with care, beauty, and respect — never rushed, never “cookie cutter,” and never minimized.

Courthouse weddings get the job done, yes, but if you want gorgeous pictures of your special wedding moment, Vow and View is the way to go.  You don't have to plan anything, you just pick the month and see if we have availability.  Up to 25 people can celebrate with you in our outdoor open-air chapel.  Vow and View provides everything - including cake & punch during a petite reception - to make it truly special as well as aesthetically pleasing.

Vows, readings, music choices, and meaningful moments are thoughtfully discussed during your planning conversation so your ceremony still reflects your story and values.

Because Vow & View weddings are hosted one weekend per month with limited availability, dates and times can fill quickly.    If your heart is set on a 'sunset' timeframe, or you need a late morning time or mid-afternoon, we recommend reaching out as soon as you can....spots do fill up!   If you’re wanting a spring, summer, or fall wedding, again, reach out asap so availability can be confirmed.  We'll do our best to accommodate you.

Zion Ranch is a private family property located near the east edge of Manhattan, Kansas, just off Highway 24.  Offering natural beauty, water views, and a peaceful countryside setting you'll have the rolling Flint Hills as your backdrop location while still being easy for guests to access.
